Right out of high school I worked in the restaurant industry, managing two Sambo's, I went from there into HVAC/R in both residential, commercial and Ulta Low refrigeration. I have co-owned an appliance store in Medford Oregon once called "The Bargain Store", a Taekwondo School in Payson Arizona in the early 90's, youth minister for 8th graders. and with all that said my first love is God.

About me
Well I was born in Ohio and grew up there till I was 14, when I was relocated Arizona in a 1962 Chevy Wagon pulling a 19' Travel trailer in June. All without A/C. Other than three years in Oregon with my then wife Vonda, I have lived in Arizona. I love what I do and do what I love.
How I think,
What makes us tick, and with that, what makes us? So first and foremost, I believe in God. I also believe he/she shows up in so many ways and manners of being. Second I believe like Ann Frank, that in spite of it all, people are good. And with that I believe in the power of positive and forward thinking. What you believe, deep down in your heart, will surely come to pass.
When I was just a boy, I can remember seeing God and Jesus come to me while I laid in bed. And I was told a mission and now that I am many years older, it's time to give back to God for all the good that I have received along the way. How I could even think I could pay that back, I dunno and all I know is it's time to make changes for the better.

Business
I started out working in a movie theater at the then NuView Drive In. Moved to Mesa and started working with Sambo's Restuarants till I became a manager. I went to trade school at "The Refrigeration School" and went into business with my father. For twenty years I worked with house, appliances till we started "Cryo Refrigaration of Az" and laboratory and environmental chambers. Loved it too. I also bought my instructors Taekwondo school in Payson in the early 90's. Then I decided for a change. I started taking Massage at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. I worked on my own and at Salon XS for over 10 years. Then when SWIHA moved to Tempe, I followed and started there as staff, instructor and stayed till July 24th 2017. Decided to work a little slower, write that book and come back to a less corporate setting.
I worked at Spirit of Yoga (480-567-0695) from 16 May 2011 to 24 July 2017 (Spirit of Yoga is owned by SWIHA), Mostly full time, some part time while my parents made their transition It is the dedicated Yoga Studio for Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. I served under various positions, from simply a front desk concierge to the interim studio manager. I taught various and had the only level two training for Off the Wall Yoga there. I taught two starts with Lisa Grunwald of the Yoga Teacher Training 200 hour classes. I also taught for the 600/800 Yoga Teacher Training classes for the 20 hour Yin Yoga Training. I also taught the Advanced adjustments classes for how to physically adjust a student while on the studio floor.
I worked for Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (480-994-9244) also known as SWIHA, from 2006 till 24th of July, 2017. I was a full time employee for the most of that time. Started teaching massage there in 2003 and graduated from there in June 1994 as a 200 hr. Massage Therapist. I LOVE this place and find them a very happy and integrable establishment. KC Miller is a wonderful person with a heart of Gold and head for business like a fine diamond.
